Before my mini stroke 15 years ago; I used to make a delicious beef stew. Afterwards, I just couldn't (in all honesty I never wrote down my recipe) that might have helped lol!! Seeing you make this; I'm confident I can do this ❤. Thank you so much for all the work you and your Ron do for us! It took me years after the mini stroke to find out what actual damage I had. Doctors said almost everything would be temporary. I used to be able to read sheet music; didn't figure out for a few years that I couldn't anymore.(just looks like swiggly lines now) even being taught again makes no sense for me. It now takes me a long time to match people's faces with their names; before I could remember the name of anyone I'd met(even years later).
