I created this green screen compilation using Unreal Engine. You can learn how to do that with one of my tutorials.

Greetings from Peru and congratulations for sharing your knowledge; It's been a year since I discovered Unreal Engine and I've learned a lot from it; but what I haven't been able to do yet is to integrate my 2D character (Filmed Green Screen) with a correct shadow in the 3D environment of unreal; the shadow is not positioned correctly with the feet. I've tried several ways, like duplicating the 2d plane of the character and using it to cast a shadow; but I have not achieved that effect that the shadow looks natural. I have seen that in aximmetry they manage to do something called "fake shadow"; My question is if something similar can be done in Unreal Engine. Thank you very much for the answer. Cesar - Peru

Hey Santillan, greetings to Peru!! This little fake shadow around the feed in Aximmetry is one of the many small things what makes Aximmetry so nice to work with. The way I would try to do this in Unreal is also to dublicate the 2D plane of the character and then resize (make it smaller) & rotate this new 2D plane. But if this this approach works depends on where your lights are coming from. Or I would add a sphere to the level and make the material invisible, but that it still casts shadows. There are a lot of steps necessary to do that. But it's possible :) Hope that helps!!
