So the Camouflage card has its uses, If you put it on a Sporocyst you can just let it chill and continuously pop out new mines until either an AoE or enemy trades kill it, without having to worry about direct removal since Camouflage lasts until the unit attacks, I once put camouflage and armor onto a Hive Guard via Synapse and just let it chill while continually buffing it every turn, in the end it was so massive my opponent just gave up because there was no way in hell he could get through it because of the camouflage. Also, the adaptation can give any one effect, and it can be any one effect in the game between +2 to a single stat, stealth, camo, 1 armor, and my personal favorite Regen. You only get to choose between 3 of those though, so it's inconsistent

I'm playing a neurotrope deck, I find the 1 extra damage really strong early game, and latter a cheap synapses trigger

I just started and I've managed to get allot of cards and I want to play tyranids but I feel like they are just not strong at all, is there anyway way I can copy your build?

Nice guide! Here are my thoughts on F2P Terv: I agree with your evaluation of Hive Guard, but disagree with Tyrant Guard; vanguard protects high value troops, armor takes resources to chew through, and it is a strong body to buff if it sticks. Consider this play pattern: Lictor on 4e, Tyrant Guard on 5e, synapse troop + buff on 6e. Great for setting up a big Termagaunt turn as well. It's a staple imo For Tervigon, Overwhelming Swarm is obviously the priority epic. I'd aim for 2 before any other epic - it's that important. Also, I like running 2 Hormagaunts and 1-2 Termagaunts in Terv. It helps a lot to have more in hand to follow up next turn. I know you generate them, but you'd be surprised at how often drawing one is relevant. Stranded termagant is poop. Ripper Swarm is versatile, as you mention, but it's floor is low and its ceiling is... also low. I could see it a little better alongside Tyranid Prime but that is a pretty lackluster combo honestly. I'd skip this one. Venomthrope is great for clearing must-kill targets (big threats, pesky vanguards, etc) and is Tyranid's only "hard removal." Pairs great with flank, has high health. 1 for sure, I like 2 I am not a fan of Mawloc because it flees after attacking. The blast can be nice but 4 melee is a bit too weak for the drawback of not staying on the board. I like Screamer-Killer and it's a great top end budget option. Hive Crone is even better and offers a great flying body on top of the stellar rally ability. Rapacious Hunger is a great card for crowd control and the healing is extremely relevant. It's rare, but aiming for 1-2 will help a lot. Genestealer can straight up steal games, but UM and Eldar have an easy time dealing with it on curve so it can require some setup. Von Ryan's Leaper (epic) is great for Tervigon with its swarm support. Neurogant Nodebeast (epic) is amazing in every Tyranid deck. Lowest cost synapse troop, good stats, just an all around MVP. Best legendaries are Broodlord, Ravenous Hunter, and Tyranid Prime. Tervigon would probably like Tyranid Prime best.
