Thank you so much! I'm trying to stay bright. I have footage for a couple videos filmed but editing is a two hand kind of job... I know I'm good at adapting to thing but it feels pretty dark right now.

Love your bird!, Amy! I had no idea that their paint was as good as it seems to be. I knew the paper would be good because it is Baohong Academy, which is better than a lot of professional papers out there. I didn't realize their brushes were that good. What a great price for the bundle. I was totally blown away by that plein air set up. Lightness and portability is the biggest issue there is, at least for me. They've seemed to have solved that. PS - I hope you are doing better. I am sure you must have some more footage of stuff kicking around to make up for not being able make content. But hey, if live streams are an option for you, we would love to hear you maybe talk about techniques, or your favorite supplies, or whatever. Lindsay the Frugal Crafter has her Sat Chat where she may or may not talk about art. Hang in there and know that we are here for you!

Well, that turned out very nicely indeed! It would definitely make a good print, pin or stickers for your shop. I rarely paint birds myself, but I'm always an admirer of good technique, so I'd definitely be interested in seeing more bird videos like this one. I'm torn between the 'whole thing' speeded up with voice-over and the series of separate real time clips. The first would give a good sense of the overall creative process whereas the second would give a good a more detailed insight into exactly how some of the techniques are applied in practice. Maybe vary it and see if the analytics show a consistent preference amongst viewers? Hope the pain is subsiding and the medical people are able to advise on a way forward for you to get your shoulder back to working normally as quickly as possible. I don't know if you put the wrong time stamp on your videoes as I'm a bit confused as I watched the one with your arm in a sling one day ago and then this one is 22 hrs ago, did it get better that quick??? Well done if it did its hateful when I can't paint, drives me mad

No. this video was filmed and ready to go weeks ago. The arm thing just happened on Thursday. I have some footage for a couple more videos filmed but not edited and editing is a two hand kind of job. We will see what happens.
