The best way to have faster reflexes is to know where your teammates are at all times and to have game sense. What is game sense? Game sense is the art of receiving information through various methods. These methods include watching your minimap, consistently checking your 6 o'clock, noticing when and where your teammates die in order to know where the enemies are located, watching for footprint icons, consistently using UAVs to spot an enemies location, etc. Faster reactions than your enemies are what will determine if you live or die. If you already know where the enemies are, you will always react faster. Hope that helps.
