I think …..The treatment done is extraction of maxillary first premolar …. But after the treatment while evaluating the S line the lower lip is placed anteriorly right …. Should we have extracted lower premolars too!!? Or is it extracted !!! …. Even if you done that the profile may become more aesthetic ….. but might compromise the lip competence !!! What do you think !!?

Mam im drooling from past 15 days. So in order to avoid spit coming outside from mouth, i swallow saliva every 10 seconds many times a day daily by not touching my tongue to upper teeth. I swallow saliva every time like how orthodontics say to swallow food by pushing the food by tongue( its also known as correct swallowing pattern) same thing i do to swallow saliva.. while swallowing saliva should my tongue touch the back of upper teeth? I wore those fixed braces for 2 years...after removing that they gave me a transparent braces which could be removed by myself...they asked me to wear it for 8 months...but I didn't use it properly and due to covid situation I couldn't consult the doctor...and now that transparent braces is not fitting on my teeth...now my front teeth in upper jaw is getting wide and slightly protruding...can this be corrected...PLZ ANSWER...
