Thanks for a great video. Excellent advice. I tried 2 flaring tools, one cheap, one not so cheap. Both gave imperfect flares, then I bought this one and it gives an accurate flare on copper-nickel brake lines.

How's she goin'? This looks like a pretty neat tool. I have one of the 'other' tools, the one you said don't get!!! And I agree with you. It was just about useless I must say!!! This flaring tool looks great!! Thanks for sharing!!!

I agree 110%. The other clamp usually roughs up the tubing so much it needs sanding, wire wheel on the bench grinder to smooth out the damage they make. Great to see ya Mike. This is my first visit to this fella.

Hey your right they are very good. when i worked in a shop we had i think a snap on or maybe eastwood brake flare tool that had the 6 or so dies on one swivel rotating and and when i go visit my ex coworkers i notice they have and use the one your talking about. So must be faster and just as good. with those running a shop its all about the time is money lol

Thanks again for your visit to my place. You sure have an interesting channel here my friend. Our interests and the other folks we have in common as well. I have been on the wrenches for most of my life on everything from chainsaws to Saturn 5 Rockets so I know good and better really well and this one is in the better category for sure. The only thing I could ask for that is better would be a better box/display/container to store them safer, keeping them all together. Great post and tool my friend. Take care eh.

You can't get that tool at Harbor Freight. I assume you are a Canuck and can speak with authority on Princess Auto.... I'm Merican and can say not at Harbor Freight.... That being said it is a great tool... Under $50 usd and works every time. I also have the master cool hydraulic flaring tool and the Sur&r hydraulic flaring tool.... This one is great

For anyone else in the US: HF is a no-go, but I found this tool at my local O’Reilly for $50.
