Thanks so much! My healthcare team gave me zero tips on how to run with asthma outside of medication. I am going to try Locomotive breathing today ❤

Haha lets go! It works really well for me no matter what workout I am doing.

Started running in 2020. Took me a year to learn how to run with asthma. Got COVID in 2022. Since then, I was never able to breathe the same way while running. Your video helped me to relearn how to breathe while running. Thank you!

You got this. Let me know if you have any questions. The biggest key is to focus on the sound of your breathe and you almost go into a running meditation of ease.

You got this. Been rereading David Goggins “Can’t hurt me” while running the past couple weeks. Definitely recommend the read if you haven’t read it already.

Sir when will the cure for asthama come in the future you have any information please share

Oh man that is a great question. I am sadly not a medical professional or a scientist studying asthma. I’d say the best we got is reducing our symptoms with lifestyle and environmental changes that are most conducive for our lungs.

I will give this a shot. I always had sport asthma even when I was in the marine I barely had an understanding of breath technique but I could get 22-23 three miles in my early 20s. It would kill me. Now I am in my early 30s and the National Guard, two miles just kills me. I can barely run a mile without dying and fills me with such shame.

Get rid of the shame thoughts right now. Asthma is a hard condition to overcome and as we get older our bodies change. You are a strong person and you got this. I am excited to hear how your journey continues. Remember, you are strong.

Hi do you have any tips for the bleep test? I’ve really been struggling with my police bleep tests in training. I literally loose my breath and panic within a few minutes of running I’m so terrible at it🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️ yet I can dance for hours without being out of breath. Just doesn’t make sense!

I don't fully understand your question. Do you mean your breathe output test?
