PanzerAr12, Rock Island V-80, and Garaysar Fear 116, and many more are Turkish made shot guns and all of them need a break in period to shoot anything that’s below 1350fps. You have to run minimum of 100-150 rounds that are above 1400fps to get it nice and broke in. I have tried my best to inform everyone that buys a Turkish shot gun. They are great guns but it is a must to have them broke in. (Good rule of thumb that I use is get any 1500+fps ammo for break in)

@@pewpewwithtodd8077 I have the BPX-902 from Landor Arms, which I'm pretty sure is the ATI Bulldog and Panzer Arms BP-12 under a different name (seem to just have different furniture, rest is identical). Sweet shooting budget shotgun imho. I got it not expecting much and while the build quality feels cheap, it works great with slugs. I haven't been able to try anything else yet. Only got it last month and the range only allows slugs from shotguns. The handiness of the bullpup setup is pretty amazing, can one hand shoot it if so inclined since the balance point is behind the pistol grip. Even has screw in chokes and included a cylinder bore, modified and full choke. Only thing that might throw people is the 16" length of pull. People complain about the LoP on A2 model M16's but that's a child's length compared to the BPX-902. Thankfully I'm tall with long arms so that crazy LoP doesn't bother me too much.

I believe this is the best review I have ever seen. It's raw, uncut, and real. The jamming problem we all seen in the video might be because he was shooting 2 3/4 and not 3 inch shells. My semiautomatic shotgun has never jammed using 3-in but it tends to not cycle properly when I shoot 2 3/4.

Storytime kids! My preacher Grandfather used his 1897 Winchester 12 gauge to shoot the crows that were getting into his Damson Plum trees in Waynesboro Va. The phone lines went dead, then the repair crews arrived, then the police. Reverend Lowman called it the most expensive plum preserve in history. I now have that 1897 and it was originally from my Great grandfather, and the stock had been broken when the wild dogs attacked the family farm, and he used it as a club after he ran out of shells.

I have been finding that many manufacturers have a design flaw for the loading process of low brass cheap rounds, aka much higher hitting loads such as double aught or slugs. After you the fired say 50-150 rounds though your new semiautomatic shotgun during the break in period. Each manufacturer will be different from yours to the BP-12. My BP-12 needed right at 64 high brass not cheap rounds before it would dump a drum mag of the cheap stuff without issue. No jams, stove pipes, or any other feeding issues during break in. Now please keep in mind, I did a full tear down and cleaning of the sg after the initial break in as I do with all of my fire arms. After cleaning and inspection, I reassembled it, reloaded all my magazines and went back to the woods. Was able to fire with a fully broken in and cleaned BP-12 291 rounds of low brass birdshot before I had any issues. Then the issues that began to develop were mostly due to gunk and grime buildup while firing that many rounds of cheap grade ammunition. Hence why us ammo nerds like the high brass, plus if my life or the life of a loved one depends on it. Then I’m not taking any chances with cheap ammunition. Awesome review, I really appreciate you sharing your thoughts with us about this sg and your experience with it was like. Might get one just to play with.

The RIA VR-60 is reliable for 00 buck and slug. Some people have issues shooting birdshot though, but many don't. Mine hasn't failed yet. The VR-60 works great with 3" magnum shells. It's worth comparing with the AR-12.

Go look at the citadel boss 25. I ran stuff that was 1200 fps with no problem now if u run ammo 1300 or better its as smooth as smooth can be

Well the best AR12 style shotguns are hands down the bullpup versions. Some might say they’re not true AR12s, but seeing as how Rock Island and many other companies put the same AR12 action just in the back near the stock and put on a different polymer housing it doesn’t change the fact that they have the same gas system and action. One is just many inches shorter. For home defense and hunting game that doesn’t the restrict magazine size like say for hog hunting, a bullpup is the best choice. And take your pick really, if you can even find a single offering available for sale in a time like this. Panzer’s BP-12, Rock Island’s VRBP-100, and many other bullpup models like the ones being pushed out of Turkey for easily under $7-800msrp are the only way to go if you’re trying to pick one superior semi automatic magazine fed 12ga shotgun in 2020. Sometimes shorter is better (;

The problem is with the soft red Winchester case. Try Remington with the black case it is a much stronger case but the load will be the exact same. And that my friend will be the end of your failures to feed. Personal experience.

I have a landor arms LND-117 and it would jam at first but after about 100 cheap walmart rounds it runs perfect consistently claps

All the cheap Turkish shotguns have the same basic gas and recoil spring system. If one out of the box will run cheaper loads it just has a weaker/lighter spring to start with. A fairly inexpensive solution is to buy an extra spring and cut it down until the gun runs the cheaper loads. You only remove a small amount of spring at a time. Load one round of cheap ammo at a time and try it until the gun will eject the cheap round and hold the bolt open. Not much of the spring cut off will achieve this. A small amount makes a big difference. It is just physics. You then can switch the spring in and out according to what rounds you will be firing. They make the springs heavier so the gun won't get beat up as much with heavy loads. Springs will break in and then set at that tension for quite a while. Physics again.

I bought a panzer arms 12ga it’s really good it shoots all ammo I tried. I put slugs though it. I bought it because i have a very large animal problem. And if it ever try’s to get in the house were ready. Why I asked about a 308 in another video

Online you've got to make sure that brass fart or flush flat if you don't want to do that and when you go to racquet in you got to let it go

It did the same thing to me today. It was straight out the box using the same Winchester Ammo you are using. I never made it through an entire magazine

Maybe pressure on the magazine where you were holding it caused the failure?

Some AR-12's need about a 100 rounds for a break in, I don't know if mine will shoot low brass, I shoot only high brass, I prefer to do that,but that's just me, plus I only use 00buck shot too
@Countryassrebel3 жыл бұрын
FYI high brass indicates a high amount of charge and heavy shot. You need a higher charge to launch that heavy shot from the barrel.

lol! When something like that happens on camera we say ‘it’s sods law’ I’ve just purchased a Bora BR99 a ‘less expensive’ semi auto 12g so that I can try ‘3 gun’ practical shooting alongside a GSG .22lr 1911 and a CMMG .22lr AR15, all fairly reasonably priced gear reason being if it doesn’t work out I haven’t spent out too much🤞 PS still love your posts!
