hi is your headrest going down when you rest your head on it? because i just got this chair yesterday and when i apply even a little pressure on the headrest (after adjusting it) the headrest goes down to default position...

Got this today & feeling same...with bit of pressure - it does go down. Also, does the chair has multi tilt lock ? I am able to lock at 90degreee only and not beyond tat.
