Mompush lithe v2 is a good option, too. It has almost flat recline and folds easily. Fit some cabins.

Can anyone tell me the purpose of the bumper bar? Why would so many strollers come with a seemingly useless bumper bar instead of a super useful snack/sippy tray?

My kids use it to rest their feet or hands on it. It's also nice to attach toys to it. Sometimes it serves as a handle when folded too.
