Redmi has always been my go to manufacturer when I'm trying to get a new phone. First i used a redmi note 7, now I'm using a redmi note 11 (which i prefer to the 12 due to it's sleek & slim design). My next phone is still gonna be redmi. I like how their phone prices is lower when they launch their devices. That's when i usually buy them.

Please remember that no higher refresh rate device can keep a high refresh rate on apps like KZbin. KZbin limits the refresh rate to 60Hz for every device.

I want to buy the redmi note 12 but I've heard that redmi's software and ui are very poor with lots of bloatware and bugs. Pls how true is this and how usable are redmi phones and their software over long period of time like 2 to 3 years. I'm currently using a 3+ years old Samsung m30, so I prefer phones that last long.

I currently have a redmi 5 pro. My storage is almost full but the phone moves smooth, battery Life last me the day (on lower medium use). It will stick for a few seconds but after that period it moves fast again. Finger print also still very fast. The only problem I have is the ads. The apps that come with the phone have ads ( I turned it off but there's a new update that doesn't allow me to). But this can be avoided by downloading replacement apps on the play store. I also dropped this phone about 20 times 😂 screen crack up and I can see the motherboard in the left corner where the glass broke off. This phone could last me til Christmas which I will finally upgrade
