Yeah man same here. I've not got a clue on what to do. The more I study this it's a science. You can't just string up any old thing anyhow. They have to work in unison. Makes me wonder how they do this back home in the west Indies

@@Djshaw1kinglegend i have the pc and the music i also check on the web the price of the amps racks so i think i buy the rack first then the amps because they are expensive tho and then i buy the speakers

You have a video breaking down what those other units do? I’m thinking I was good with either a EQ or crossover.

Bless up me brother I watch you videos so many times .Question inuke 12000 can it play 6 profile three on each side? I want you to give me some info on the 12000 nuke is the 220 better than the 110.
@Djshaw1kinglegend2 ай бұрын
@christopherpowell9218 hey, yes it can play 3 - 18s on each side and if you can get a 220v they are considered more reliable and play bass better than the 110v. 👍🏼✅️🔊

Dbx PA is probably the easiest to use for a 3way setup. 👍🏽🔊✅️

Got a question about ohms. I got double 18’s, now running stereo , 4 ohms. Was thinking about running mono to get more power from the amp. Would running the subs together make it 2 ohms or is there a way I can run them and keep it 4 ohms?
@Djshaw1kinglegend3 жыл бұрын
Hey, you can try wiring in series and you'll go up to 8 ohms for bridge mode or parallel will give you 2 ohms. Depending on the amplifier your using running 2 ohms will give you the most power if amplifier is stable to handle that load. Thanks for watching.

Thanks for the response man, thanks to you, I’m starting to understand this a little more. Hope I’m not bothering you with these questions, but I got one more for you. Speaker wise, I saw some single 18 inch subs. One is 500 watts at 4 ohms and the other is 600 watts at 8 ohms. Which one would be the “better” speaker ( for lack of a better word)?
@loveforcemovementdjdre33163 жыл бұрын
Why not with 15" for your mid-range with the horned..
@Djshaw1kinglegend3 жыл бұрын
15 inch mid range drivers are ok to use as well just make sure its a regular woofer not a subwoofer. Most people use 12s cause of better clarity than a 15 but not too much of a big deal besides the size as well. Thanks for watching

So why is the dbx stereo equalizer necessary when the driverack pa2 has built in equalizer?

For faster & easier tuning. Not 100 percent necessary but makes a difference. Everything is optional nothing set in stone until you find what really works to your liking. Thanks for watching
