Skin is our second mouth..so what we apply we consume it in our stomach too. And sunscreen is nowadays using product But before sunscreen were not available our skin use to best Sunscreen blocked the consumption of vitamin D Instead of this cover your face with cotton cloth I had never used sunscreen in my entire life and i sware My skin is good without it Sunscreen has so much chemical and costemics which not internally good for skin So we should cover our face with cotton cloth it will enough The disadvantage of cosmetics is that if we go out somewhere, our face starts looking bad within three-four hours and with natural things, our face starts looking beautiful if we wash it with just simple water..and the user of cosmetic and makeup products never accepts their face natural...the need lipstick while washing the face 😂 And they never use simple camera for pictures they used filter Ohh sorry but it's my opinion
