I used to go back in 2012 to 2014. It was halal then. However you'll have to ask now as I remember they changed owners and may have changed more since. So no idea. But back then it was halal

Went to Al Maidah after watching this video review. Sorry to say, it is a very average tasting buffet. The starters were decent, but main course dishes/salans were extremely poorly made/beswadi. Although I'm not a huge fan of Nawabs either, it is still a couple of levels higher in quality and taste than Al Maidah. Maybe explains why Nawabs charge around £28 per head and Al Maidah charge around £22 per head.

Food is highly subjective. I've been eating at Nawaabs for many many years. But after discovering Al Maidah it's my go to place now. Shame you didn't enjoy it as much as I did. But thank you for watching my review, I really appreciate it 😇

I wasn't rude at all, not even in the slightest. I said I liked the majority of the food items he reviewed at an establishment he visited, but I didn't quite rate one of the items he recommended, he replied to me positively and then a few weeks later he deleted my comment and his reply. Mr Munch box doesn't even do that.
