But playing this weapon in Div1 they were great. Reducing them to Rifles was a mistake and that's just my opinion. Everyone is entitled to theirs. It's cool that they made them auto. But I do wish they would have at least compromised and boosted the ROF a little.

I've had a HW 'Seeker Rain' build for a few years now that I dust off now and again. With this change there'll no longer be any dust settling that's for damned sure. Never thought to use the Stinger Hive though (I use ballistic shield), I'll definitely be giving that a go. Cue the chaos 🥰

@@vaulthecreator It's been my number 1 saved load for years it's so useful in legendaries, I run the healing hive and act as an medic for simple healing. 5 seconds is insane, I'll have to go back to using the chest piece, I replaced it with skilled or whatever has a 50% chance to refresh my skills on skill kills since I won't need it anymore. 5 seconds is going to be hilarious with a whole group running it.

One fun build I tried was Ongoing Directive with Strega. If you built into status effects and used the Vile mask the ticks got pretty crazy because of Strega's stacking damage buff.

My favorite build right now is an all Haste Hard Wired Build, I'm so happy I'm getting such a massive buff. There's so many cool skills in this game I want to use in builds and I missed my 5 second cooldowns from Div1. I'll probably end up using HW with BTSU gloves so I can have infinite revives on legendaries with randoms or so I can spam a secondary skill as a healer.

I’m pretty excited to try Aces and Eights and the Breakpoint set with the full auto rifles. The first playstyle I really fell in love with when I first started playing a few months ago was rifle and shotgun, but having to spam the trigger got old really quick and now I’m running AR’s mostly. You can play the hardwired skill build like this already, if you are going stinger hive / seeker mines. The cooldown is 10 seconds but you just add the BTSU gloves skill reset to the cycle. Seeker mines - Stinger hive - (hive resets mines) seeker mines - (Deconstruct hive, resets the mines) - Seeker mines - stinger hive - seeker mines ... etc etc. It's an endless loop and the BTSU gloves give a skill damage boost after deconstructing the hive.

Ya they forgot to change the 2p at the bery least lol. Needed to be buffed anyway with the advent of both hotshot and breaking point, both which power crept Aces. It's nice it works with rifles (I was already using an SVD with it like a ghetto rifle build), but it also needs a bit of pep to keep up with the other buffs (HB and Umbra are particularly strong).

I could seriously go for like a Hearstopping Ravenous Set Up. You would get increase survivability and damage from the buffs the gear set got, and even more so from the ravenous. It would also probably ramp up the stacks quicker, and should you ever run out of ammo, you could always use a different gun!

I find it interesting that this season is the same as always just with modifiers doing the same old missions. Players who grind on this game, and put a lot of their resources into gear/weapons all to get nerfed is crazy. Crashing servers because of glitches, and cheating in the DZ, and lets not forget about bugs in the game that take forever to get fixed (ACS shotgun reload). I guess the community can count on the Devs for something........little communication, and rolling out bundles lol

Complaining about cheating and glitches/bugs that take a stupidly long time to fix is completely understandable, but nerfing is part of almost every single live service game. You can’t be surprised that THE meta damage gear set that’s been absolute king for the past, I don’t know, 2 and a half-3 years? is now getting nerfed, and it’s not like they aren’t buffing a shit ton of other things. Complaining about lack of new content is also fine, but the DLC is coming, and until then, the best the devs can do is giving a breath of fresh air to already existing portions of the game.

First, "scared" is a story you're telling about this creator's motivations. And the others are being hyperbolic, frankly. PTS notes are not live changes and the changes aren't as bad as many people are saying. Striker is still a good set, just triple-S status. Easy. Run a 4 piece Heartbreaker set with Technician, unlock the linked laser pointer under that special along with shotgun and LMG, equip a ASC12 Shotty (this will build up your stacks the fastest), equip a LMG, put the linked laser pointer on both. That will pulse any enemy you shoot which will in turn give you bonus armor.

Currently I am running a dare on Heartbreaker and its really not a problem to hit 1 shot in the head with it. I think a different mod like for stability would be better. Edit: Oh and by not using the laser you are free to use any other class. Gunner fir example to get ammo and the armor on kill.

I think the most aggravating part is after years I finally think I figured out how the build mechanics work and I’m able to start creating good builds. Then they just uproot everything and sent me back to zero on knowledge. Like what am I supposed to do waste more years, trying to figure out what actually works in the game? Community is more pissed about the nerfs than they are happy about the buffs. Regardless if its a 0.5% nerf or a 500%. Tbh I would touch the strega even if ST Elmo would be like on release. It doesn’t matter personally because ST Elmo is arguably even worse on a striker build imo, than strega or eagle bearer. If I look for raw damage I play the EB and I think I’ll do the same with the strega then. But I do agree the nerfs are not enjoyable not at all, I didn’t like looking at the obliterate nerf just after farming 2 god rolls for my ouro striker and EB striker build.

Strega is such a fun gun and the change to Elmo is negligible. The "fan favorites" were just "easy mode" sets that suppressed variety. The "Bring everything else up" argument makes the power creep worse. Heroic should be difficult and the current meta makes it trivial. The PTS was the most fun and challenging play I've had in a while (mostly from a specific janky modifier) and I welcome the change to make the game more difficult.

The buffs aren't enough to offset the three pages of nerfs. I hated every second of the PTS and if that build goes live, I'll delete my game. No offense. I appreciate everything you do for the community but they lost me with this one. Maybe I'll see you in TD3. Not going to be a day one player again though. I'm going to wait and see how it goes and if it survives the first few patches.

There is no new incursion coming certainly not for this season. Daria confirmed it was just rumors. She also said there are no plans for a new incursion for now.

Striker's hardly outdamages Heartbreaker, and it needs almost 200 stacks to outdamage it. And 100 stacks, Heartbreaker outdamages Striker's by A LOT! This buff to Heartbreaker is on the dumbest decisions the Devs, in a LONG list of dumb "balance" decisions.

HB also stacks bonus armor at the same time, but doesn't stack on skill proxies (really it's wall-e bots which are the pisser) plus you are more or less shackled to the LLP and weapon platforms which can mount it. Maybe the devs will "fix" pellets from shotguns registering as multiple hits for stacking purposes? Wouldn't that be... FUN?!! You know, because reasons and stuff.

@@grumpyoldman6503 Striker's needed a nerf, but Heartbreaker did NOT needed a buff. The fact that Heartbreaker had some limitations is balanced by the fact that it stacks bonis Armor. Heartbreaker should NOT do more damage than Striker's.

@paulocarvalho1982 wasn't really disagreeing. Strikers has zero survivability. HB has both offense and defense with no great need of the pack (highly contested slot). Striker the opposite.

I put money and five years into this Division 2 game and all I get is nothing but cheating pvp conflict and cheating dark zone game play with them cheating basters using aimbot and aim assist “ Cronus zen and mouse and keyboard ⌨️ using basters on PlayStation console I want my money refund to me im sick of achieving everything the Division 2 game has to offer just for aimbot and aim assist basters getting all the glory and taking out the accomplishments I made in the Division 2 !!!!!!!!!!

Personally I hope the Community gets really upset about all the changes and the Devs revert all the nerfs and buffs except....give Strikers, aura orus, Saint Elmo's, and the Scorpio a 700% Buff. Then increase the expertise level to 542. The hell with lowering hard wireds feedback loop. Let's give these no-life grinder's more of a reason to complain about the game feeling stale. They Already kicked the most interesting thing to happen in years (the addition of seasonal characters). Out of the Devs heads. Let's see see them really get what they want! Another reason to complain about how shitty their life is....Sorry, how shitty the game is.
