I usually use hybrid bulids, thats works for almost cars for me, but thanks for show a nice build for drift cars, nice video btw

I like Hybrid a bit more too but at the very high competitive level, blue build just works better.

Going Hybrid build over blue is really dependent on the track. If you are on a track with little to no boost regeneration then Hybrid will work better. Otherwise blue is the default to go for.

How can I have, buy a powered car in this game?

You can use any car in your collection. Then when in collection select vehicle management for that vehicle (press x on Playstation or appropriate button for your device). Then it has the name of your selected car in the top left, so you know you are upgrading the correct one. Then navigate to powered on screen (use left stick or navigation button, go right once and press x). You need 1,250 coins or 1 gear point then you can select up to three perks for your car by navigating to them and using 1 arrow currency to unlock each one by pressing x to get the perk and then don't forget to press x again to equip it, you have to equip it to use it. You can unequip and re-equip the perks as much as you like.
