Oh wow something I just realized is that the Nabi brts don’t have their wheel covers anymore. I wonder when and why they took em off

The NABI 60-BRTs has their wheel covers removed probably around 2010/11. As for the reason why they were removed I’m not so sure. The only NABI BRT that has its wheel covers is 9495. Although foothill Transit still uses wheel covers.
