Best Business Checking Account Quickbooks Money. Quickbooks Money is a new business checking account that pays a high 5% APY while offering advanced business features such as creating advanced business sales invoices and collecting on them with Visa, Mastercard and AMEX payments.
Quickbooks only charges 2.99% for their payment processing which is much less than many others like Square and Paypal which charge an interest rate plus a fee such as 60 cents, 30 cents, etc.

Is Quickbooks Money too good to be true? Intuit is not a company known for giving much away for free. Usually they charge for their products or offer teasers at a low or free price and get users to upgrade. Right now Quickbooks Money is much different than this that offers a usable business checking product with some of the best rates without charging a fee. Only time will tell if this will last.
Update: After using Quickbooks money for a while now I can report that the transfers are much slower than Fidelity. The transfers are not same day like Fidelity so if you are trying to transfer out from Quickbooks Money to send to another bank expect a delay of several days. Greendotbank which is the bank that Quickbooks Money uses seems to impose a 5 business day delay after adding a bank account the first time and making a transfer from Quickbooks Money to the external bank.
Another major issue with this Quickbooks Money account is that the 5% APY must be in an envelope in order to earn 5% otherwise it won't earn any interest. This is not automatic and money must be manually moved to the envelope.

If the bank account is linked using the direct link login service the account should be linked immediately. If not, then the micro deposits are sent to the bank and have to be verified usually within a few days.
