Butter Cookies Recipe (30 pieces - depending on cookie size)
150g (10 tbsp) salted butter *Use softened but still cold butter. You can use unsalted butter, but add a pinch of salt to it.

1 egg (No. 2)
2 teaspoons vanilla flavor
All purpose flour 260 g (2 cups)
