Ron did have a good point - she's complaining that her issue hadn't been resolved by Best Buy in a timely manner, but she couldn't be bothered to hold on the phone for the next associate for longer than 15 mins. Quite frankly, I don't care if she thought 15 mins was too long - that's life. Best Buy could have benefited from having more employees, but they can't help that other people called then BEFORE she did. I'm guessing she's the kind of customer that would be irate holding for the IRS or an airline for longer than 15 minutes, too.

Love to see someone here defending big corporations and shitty customer service! We should all cut them smoke slack! Best Buy gross profit for the twelve months ending July 31, 2023 was $9.642B, I absolutely agree they should not spend a penny of that on customer service. Customers get treated too well in this country.
