Nice cabbage farm. The good thing watering is unnecessary and water is not available though. So you have fertilized chicken manure after 2 wks of transplanting, then after 10days you follow up urea, then fertilizer therafter a month of urea? And the last fertilization was when the head is about to form 2 and a half month you applied urea plus calcium nitrate, right? What about pesticide, have you applied? As a recommendation, create a water basin, put big plastic acetate to hold the water. I have seen this in Banahaw farm.

@JonelAbelladaVlogs Make sure the ground is wet when using urea or and water! When urea dissolves, it is broken down into ammonium hydroxide and makes the ground temporarily very alkaline. When this happens it can produce ammonia gas so the nitrogen is lost. Sufficient water will prevent extreme high pH and nitrogen lost as NH3-gas. NH4OH is then broken down by ground bacteria into NO3 (nitraat) for the plants.
