Sponge cake: (form diameter 18-20 cm).
3 eggs.
120 g sugar.
8 g vanilla sugar.
80 g melted butter.
100 ml milk.
1 teaspoon baking powder.
30 g cocoa powder.
140 g flour.
1/4 teaspoon salt.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C/356°F for 40-45 minutes.
Cream:
1 egg.
50 g sugar.
8 g vanilla sugar.
260 ml milk.
20 g corn starch.
80 g soft butter.
60 g Nutella.
Filling:
100 g crispy waffles.
100 g melted milk chocolate.
80 g melted butter.
20 g Nutella.
50 g chopped hazelnuts.
Biscuit impregnation:
100 ml milk.
Ganache:
200 g melted milk chocolate.
100 g soft butter.
Decorate the cake as you wish.
As a result, the cake weighs 1300 g.

Єто самий вкусний торт. Все в нем прекрасно! Внешний вид прекрасний а вкус-бесподобний!!!хочу его на каждий свой день рождения... шоколад, которим он покрит, оказался именно шоколадом, а не шоколадним кремом... єто очень вкусно и Очень ситно-больше одного кусочка скушать оказалось невозможно... спасибо за вкусний вечер и хорошее настроение... жду следующих рецептов...
