So, I know the pros and cons of this device and given a choice between Google Pixel and other smartphones, I will again buy a Pixel device for the software experience and the best in class camera. And to answer your question, yes Pixel 7a heats up but not like some people claim unless you live on the Sahara desert.

Why I'm saying this is because in 2018 I had a canon 1300d and a sony a6300 cameras and I had a Samsung s9 plus one of the best phones of the time. I believe canon 1300d as a camera did way better then Samsung s9 plus (canon 1300d just kit lens price of 27k / Samsung s9 plus price 67k)
