I’ve just recently found your channel. I’ve been looking into the rack over the truck cab like you have. I don’t have the welding ability you have so would need to purchase from someone. Have you found the additional weight of rack and sxs to be an issue on the front end of the truck? I’m guessing it adds about 750 pound or so on front axle which I’m nervous about because I’m thinking that will overload my front axle. I’m not concerned about rear axle cause I have plenty of capacity on rear axle. Any suggestions from your experience would be helpful before I have someone build rack.
