This is my most VIRAL recipe for cancer recovery.
Chocolate Cancer Fighting Brownie
Ingredients:
1 1/4c Canned Black Beans (rinsed)
1/2c Egg whites
1/2c Chocolate Whey Protein Powder
1 1/4c Low-Fat Cottage Cheese
1/2c Cocoa Powder
6 TBSP no-calorie syrup
3 TBSP Coconut Flour
1 TSP Baking Powder
Directions:
Preheat over to 350 F.
Using an immersion blender (or food processor, blender) blend all ingredients together and place in 9x9 cake pan.
Bake for 40-45 min. Do not over bake. Ideally still a bit gooey in the centre. Enjoy!

Serves 9
Protein - 16 g, Carbohydrates - 14 g, Fat - 1 g, Fibre - 7 g, Total Calories - 129 kcal
