I have the 12" M&S carbon steel skillet and am using it daily right now. It works fine. the factory coating was unexpected but works. I seasoned it. It has baked corn bread, fried breakfasts of all the usual, and seared beef stew meat on the BBQ for a fricasee. it has not warped and heats up very fast on a gas range. There are no issues with it at all. It is considerably lighter than my 12" cast iron skillets.

#4 is an ad with no information at all why it is a good pan. #3 is a stainless steel pan. the video is supposed to be informing us of the best -carbon- steel pans. I quit watching here.
