I'm looking for an indoor antenna to use with my midland porta pack cb as I'm on the first floor and I can't put one on my roof what would you recommend I would need about a 5ft one

#2 and #8 are the exact same antenna. The difference in color is only for cosmetics, not performance....

Wth do you need a 500w+ antenna on a truck? Yeah I understand if you have a base station but come on. Best bang for the buck is the HQ27 by Hustler. One of the oldest yet proven time and time again.

If you run a high power radio, You're antenna needs to be rated way beyond the radio output. I Just purchased a new Ranger RCI63 which Has a peak output rating of 450 Watts. I was running what I thought was top of the line Wilson 2000 W fiberglass 4' dull antennas, After only 2 months of use one antenna failed and shorted out to ground. In totally destroyed my radio literally Smoked me out of the truck when it blew up. So I upgraded to that number 5 antenna 20000 W K40. Still have to spend probably $300 to get my radio fixed. It was a $700 radio with The Tuning an accessory
