I love using my yoga ball as a my desk chair! I’ve had nothing but pros ever since I’ve been using it. It’s got a lot of potential and great benefits! Plus it’s a lot to fun to give it a good bounce while I get bored with work haha

I don't think the kneeling chair test was that accurate, it felt like a normal chair but worse because it was flat and the sharp corners were hitting the legs You need to adjust the kneeling chair to an angle so it feels proper

chairs with back supports perpetuate weak backs, no ? Seems the aeron might be most comfortable but lead to a weak and achy back. Also I'm surprised the kneeling chair is so much worse than the yoga ball. Seems to me they are quite similar. If anything the yoga ball seems less sustainable for untrained backs.

Awesome before and after format w BOTH Vic a d his physical therapist... the first impressions, and afterwards as well as analysis of Vic's comments was just a phenomenal approach.

Kneeling chairs typically do adjust for height. I'm well over 6', so that was a major consideration with mine. There's also ideally adjustment for the seat and knee pad angles to make an upright posture more comfortable.

The one we had seemed to have an adjustment piece but I never figured out how to adjust it. It may have required a great deal of force, or was not really for adjustment at all. I have since thrown it out..

This was really great guys. I have an adjustable sit/stand desk and an average office chair. This was a good reminder that I need to invest in a better chair for when I need a break from standing. Great pro/con walkthrough, it helps keep this informative and neutral rather than the hype KZbin review channels that favor "this is THE GREATEST" kind of language. Thanks!

“60% of people will experience back pain at least once in their life.” There are people who have never felt back pain???

They are very lucky

The 60% must stick together so we think it's an "everyone" condition. Or the 40% are like fitness fans that would not admit to every having back pain.

I've never had a chair with armrests that go high enough to touch my elbows. Generally I would just rest my hands on the armrests. If I could raise them about two inches, then I could rest my elbow on the armrest, and have it support my arms in the right angle.

What's your opinion on a saddle stool?

Its the worst out of the 4

I’m thinking the desk set up looks off. Only enough room to rest hands, but not enough room to support arms/elbows

The current seats are as ergonomic as a straitjackets, they fit people as long as they stay still!
