Mordo completely overlooked and underrated. He can handle a lot of nasty Defenders. For Example Red Skull, Maestro, Hulking, FAM My R2 duped 7 Star never failed against them.

Punisher 2099 is insane. He’s won me a lot of bg matches and is really good for onslaught once he’s at battery overload. He’s been my best counter for almost all mutants

would be nice to add an icon for when a champ needs to be duped or high sig. Especially since some champs require their dupe to be good on defense or they rise a lot from it.

Luke Cage should be tier above all for attackers. He completely destroys mystics, he is the best counter in the game to serpent, he can handle bullseye just fine although slower than some counters, his special 1 stun chain is great for passive defenders like onslaught and I love how he interacts with skill champions that purify debuffs. He actually uses those abilities to his advantage. Mole man gets into his frenzy so much quicker because of all the debuffs and he is complete potato as a defender once in frenzy. Kingpin purifies his debuffs, but just puts other debuffs on himself which powers up Luke and gives him extra attack rating, the concussions attuma gets from purifying stun just increases Lukes attack. I was shocked at how well he does against skill defenders in battlegrounds

Luke cage is great but I think white tigra is a better serpent counter

I understand where you are coming from with Red Skull, I ban CGR frequently and would say my r3 Red Skull is probably my most consistent defender. This same ideology could be applied to Domino as well. Everyone was gifted a guardian, then there are plenty of prowlers, shuris, omega sentinels, red skulls, and now pun99 to make me hesitate on taking mine to r3. I think if you drop Red Skull to a 9, you would almost have to do the same with Domino.

Angela is not a sexy pick but she is as good of an attacker as any of the top shelf attacker. She appears slow but she is not. Once she gets 1 bar of power, every hit from her is like a canon. She finishes BG fight often in less than 60 sec, sometimes without throwing a special. I have a R3 sig 140. She is one of my safety blankets. With her, I have no fear when I see annoying tech. Also great for many skill champs that punish debuff.

Punisher 2099 is an 8…that’s perfect. There’s a reason there’s an 8 at the end of my name. Even I wouldn’t say P2099 is as good as Cal Ripken.

Don't be sleeping on my Boi sup. ironman. Those buffs also give him resistance to bleed, incinerate, and shock. And with three you basically gain full immunity and he's way easy to use just apply three medium enders (i.e. medium medium combos) then rotate between medium and light enders and just spam sp2s after that easy build up easy damage and he can also gain crazy shield and energy resistance aswell as he's constant healing

I am also considering this exact rank up decision, also with unawakened warlock and guardian as considerations as well. My P2099 would be unawakened tho.

​@georgegoater8531 in most list guardian is better. Also he is a dual treat and he is rated with a 9 in Vegas list. Pretty easy rotation and he nukes. I got him at rank 2 already. You can never go wrong with warlock such a great utility god

You have Diablo waaaaay overrated and the fact Bullseye isn’t the Top skill player just shows how out of touch you are with everyone else playing this game.

bullseye IS top of skill defenders. I think you severely underestimate Diablo. His play-style is very simple and low maintenance, he has insane uptime on his poisons, can be armor break/stun immune and can nullify buffs. his sp1 doesn't even need to connect with the enemy to pause the poisons and he regenerates so much you basically always end fights with full health
