i am 40+ yrs playing baseball and I still love to watch baseball bat bros videos...the kids nowadays have no IDEA the options they have today...we had wooden bats and aluminum for our choices...whatever the length was, the weight was...no drops, no choices, plenty of rung up hands back then....great job as always Will!!!

I just got my son the Combat B2 Ultra USSSA 31" - 8 and he absolutely loves the bat. Bat was hot right out of the wrapper and for $150 it's tough to beat. We had to purchase a 1pc bat for the tournaments we're going to play and this came highly recommended. Great video as always, keep up the great work and look forward to you next video.

I'm getting out of retirement and getting myself some workouts in to play in a local men's rec baseball league, that ONLY uses BBCOR metal bats. Composite bats are allowed too. Hell, I'm 35yrs old and just itching to get back into the game that I haven't played since my high school days (2003 - 06). I currently have the Easton S3 BBCOR (33/30) and I'm about to get the new '24 The Goods 2-piece, and maybe the 2023 Warstic Bonesaber Hybrid.

My oldest son blasted dingers (325'+) for 2 seasons with the B2 BBCOR until it went dead. He asked for another one for his senior year so Santa may come through with another one, especially for $200 out the door 😎 the 2020 B2 -5 USSSA is also slept on! The Baseball Bat Bros I've got a quick question. Trying to figure out exactly what two of the bats y'all have hung up behind you that I'm really not that sure what are, actually don't believe I've ever seen them I don't think lol. But the two bats in question are FIRST ONE: going from viewers perspective starting from the new orange Atlas it's the "black/gold colors" bat that I believe is a Rawlings that's the 3rd bat after the atlas!!!! SECOND ONE: going from the viewers perspective again and also starting from the atlas as well it's the "black/light blue colors" that I believe is an Easton and it's 5th bat after the orange Atlas that's on end before start of wood bats just like counting from same exact orange Atlas that's next to start of wood bats as first bat in question!!!!! Sorry for sorta longer message but anyway y'all can let me know what them two bats are, regardless if they are older bats that aren't produced anymore or if they are brand new either way I still want to know please guys if y'all don't mind. If your looking for something light swinging then yes. One of lightest bats out there for wood. If your looking for bigger barrel and more sweetspot then no. It's a thinner barrel. It is quality wood and you can get it in a steel pressed version. I have an MT 27, a CB 35 and a baum gold. The MT27 kind of reminds me of the baum. The CB 35 is one of the best bats I have swung, I have hit my furthest balls with it even farther than any BBCOR. Big barrel and sweet spot but it is enloaded and heavy.

It's balanced but with a little endload not a ton but enough to just notice it. We didn't think it's as light as all the claims. Bats of the same model do vary though. The Trea Turner model isn't as end loaded as they say and found that to be a decent balance with a pretty nice barrel

What’s better than the 2 Piece Goods the CatX or Voodoo?

They are all equally great bats in their own way but honestly it depends on preference. The goods has a bigger barrel and sweet spot than the other 2 but it's definitely the heaviest. The catX is lighter swinging but has a little bit less pop than the goods and voodoo. CATx probably has the best feel of the 3. Voodoo has as much pop as the goods and any bat out there, is the lightest swinging but has a smaller sweet spot. CatX is probably the best all around bat. But I prefer the voodoo in live game speed because of the lighter swing weight and pop. Missle 3 is also pretty similar and only 270 bucks.

My kid has the B2 Ultra -8, it's an intriguing story. It is a just bats exclusive, they say they own the intellectual property from the original Candian Combat Maxum circa 2018, from the Canadian company's bankruptcy before being absorbed by Easton. Easton started using the name and squashed just bats' claim to IP, but Easton lost that claim after being absorbed into Rawlings. So what you're swinging is (allegedly) a direct remake of the 2018 Canadian Combat Maxum, with a new paint job. Not an Easton product.

It is an Easton product. I've asked both Easton and justbats. They confirmed. My son has a -10. If you compare it to the Maxum Ultra, they are identical down to the end caps and paint scheme with the ring above the handle, etc. If you look the B2 actually has Easton's name/hologram on it and patent #. A rep did say they can't guarantee it is the same grade of composite material, but I highly doubt they made a separate run of bats that are any different from the Ultras. Maybe, but all I know is my kid absolutely smokes the ball. He is a fan of one piece alloy and I wanted him to try a one piece composite for comparison. There aren't actually a ton of choices outside of the Maxum Ultra, B2 Ultra and DSBs. For less than $150, this bat blows them away. At least the DSB, you saved a couple hundred from the same Easton.

So, the USSSA space is dominated by two piece composites. Seems like the only reason to swing an alloy is in cold weather. So, why are there so few two-piece alloy USSSA bats? Who wants to use a one piece in 40 degree temps and get their hands rung? And furthermore is there even a light or balanced swinging two-piece alloy USSSA bat in production? Seemingly the only relatively popular two-piece alloys in production are the Cat Connect and The Goods which are both super end loaded. How can there be so many bats, all so similar, but one major need (Light swinging, two piece, alloy) for virtually all of the cold weather states is completely ignored?

The CatX Connect is a balanced bat - and even the Cat9 Connect is really over-marketed as "endloaded" in USSSA - it's surprisingly easy to swing.
