I just have really long arms. Currently 6'8, and it gets very annoying because the younger kids always say "he's using long arms". It gets very annoying because I have to hold my arms back and not use my full length otherwise I start floating off the ground a tiny bit.

as a pro beat saber player who's tried beat saber grips, they are very uncomfortabe to use and they just make the controllers more heavier anyways, the only good use i can think of is kids using them for gorilla tag but that would also be a pain as well lol.

I like having my hands closer to the top for better control and easy acc, those grips seems like I’d kill my wrists getting decent acc on my arcs and swings. Really fast songs might feel like it’s weighing you down and slow your cuts too, I imagine it’s not good for anything high level but for casuals.

Actually the opposite! Will get you banned, and will make you play worse. You're also 50% more likely to hit your controllers together and break the ring.

@@HEHEHEHEHEHEEEHE When using steam, you use a slider called "Override world scale" Allowing you to make your arms shorter or longer, at the cost of making the map smaller or bigger on your pov. Steam doesn't just make your arms longer, they change it themselves, you get to choose how long or short it makes them, so not everyone will make themselves just float. Using 1-5% isn't noticeable to others, but is still bannable if the slider is not set to "off". Even making your arms shorter with the slider is bannable because it makes the map bigger on your screen. Player models get bigger and so do the trees, so it's easier to branch, harder to miss tags, and other things too.

i’ve tried to use those grips before, but they suck make your saber wobble more which can be HORRIBLE for your accuracy. they also unbalance the weight making it really awkward and hard to swing. i wouldn’t recommend these but they sure look cool!
