I don’t believe this is a good product for someone who is tall ( anyone over 6 ft ur too tall) reason being the seat pole doesn’t allow you to raise the seat high enough. If you knees are bent when cycling you will cause a discomfort to your muscles and add strain to them and can injure yourself. Just like any workout there are guidelines on how to correctly perform them so you don’t cause injuries to yourself . But it seems like a pretty great product nicely priced!

You are going to damage your joints if you are not able to do a full leg and ankle extension. Do not buy this unless you want to damage your joints. This is probably the reason it is so cheap.

depending on the knee problem you have you cannot do full leg extension. People can have a different needs.

bruh xD Okay, this is just nitpicking but for some reason my ass though it was fkn hilarious, especially with your chill persona, but kiloGRAMS are not a unit to measure distance. What meks it even funnier is that you literally said milliMETERS and centiMETERS which the logical continuation of should be kiloMETERS because that's how the metric system works. kiloGRAMS are a different unit using the metric system and is for weight. Kilo means 1000, Mega means 1 000 000, Giga means 1 000 000 000 and so on. It's actually quite logical and easy. Works for meters as well. With meters however, gigameters do technicly exist, it's just that we could never realistly use it since we can't travel that distance comfortable on the daily basis. We do use mili, centi, and deci here which are 1/1000, 1/100, and 1/10 of a meter respectively. You can also use these for weight too (and other units that use the metric system). For example dosages of some medication are given in milligrams. Another thing, when you say 'a buck 49' in my mind that says '1,49' but still, nitpicking, and I though it was hilarious.
