BEST CHEAP TABLET? - iPad 10 vs. Galaxy Tab A9 PLUS

I have both and I prefer the Galaxy Tab. I gave my IPad 10 to a relative that wanted it. Not really a fan of Apple products anymore, I never needed their extra power and their visuals tend to be better but I feel like I can do more stuff and multi-task so much better on the Galaxy Tab. Their user interface is better, apple's feels very bare-bones in comparison. Plus the sound is better on the Galaxy Tab, I just don't see a need to pay so much money for better display. If I really cared about the display or just prettiness of the device, I'd go up a price tier anyway. And not like the A9+ is a bad display, everything still looks great, it's just not quite as crisp.

I definitely prefer the UI of Samsung devices but I have the iPad the entire purpose of a Tablet is for media consumption and the occasional writing tool and the iPad in this situation is better

Expandable storage makes me able to torrent anything (ipad cant do this) and save thousands of movies to a expandable micro sd card (again ipad cant do this), so you STOP THE CAP 😂😂😂

I have a 2018 iPad 6th gen 9.7 that I bought in February 2019 & a 2023 Samsung Galaxy Tab A9 8.7 that I got 4 months ago! Both are good! The Galaxy A9 8.7 is better than my iPad 6th gen 9.7!

Is your a9 the snapdragon version? My daughters ipad just stopped working and was thinking about replacing it with a A9. Can it handle roblox or minecraft? Its all that matters to my daughter lol

@@pollumG My Tab A9 8.7 Is a Helio G99 version I think! I got it in Europe! I think it should probably handle Minecraft & Roblox! I usually watch KZbin with it & play shooting games & driving games! It handles everything well! The Tab A9 8.7 128GB cost 220€! If she's used to use iPad I would prefer u to get a iPad 2022 10th gen 10.9, it starts at 350$, if she wants to try someone the Tab A9 is a good choice!

@mikeschweizer2113 Thanks for the feedback. I think I'm just going to get a 7th or 8th gen ipad for like £150. I'm not an apple guy, but the ipad seems to work better with roblox, and it lasts a while, but then again, it just stopped working. Lol.

@@pollumG I prefer the iPad 8th gen, because it has a A12 which is still very fast & would run everything perfectly fine! The 7th gen is good as well, but it has a A10 which can be a little slow sometime in 2024! My iPad is a iPad 6th gen which also has a A10 & I feel like that it's sometime can be slow!

I'm a Samsung fan, but the iPad 10 is one of the best cheapest tablet out there. Decent old flagship processor, better optimization, better aspect ratio (subjective), better build, and better screen quality. I have both a samsung s23 and an old iphone 11, and the iOS simplicity cant be matched. I would probably prefer android if this was like 10 years ago where I always sideload and pirate apps. The update and UI of iOS and iPadOS is just better (again, subjective), and the level of optimization is a lot better when comparing the same generation of android and ios device. Apps are just better on ios due to smaller pool lineup of devices.

Looks like I‘ll be getting the Samsung, although we only own apple. But the speakers are louder and it’s cheaper and we really only want one for the kitchen to stream stuff while cooking, so the Tab a9+ seems to be the right choice, thank you.

In this comparison I would obviously take the iPad, but they are also more than 100 bucks apart from one another (even vs. the 8GB RAM version of the A9+).

But does it work for streaming netflix or youtube over wifi without lagging? That is the only thing i want one for, while cooking. So it has to be cheap and have loud speakers and just be able to play stuffstuff reliably.
