0:53 - 2 boneless chicken legs (~500g)
0:57 - ½ red onion
0:59 - 3~4 slices of ginger
1:01 - 2 cloves of garlic
1:03 - 3 tablespoons light soy sauce
1:15 - 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1:22 - 2 teaspoons sugar
1:27 - ½ teaspoon black pepper
2:08 - Marinate in fridge for 20~30 minutes
2:50 - Cook for 3 minute and flip
3:04 - Cook for another 3 minutes
3:17 - Pour in the remaining marinated sauce
3:32 - Close the lid and simmer for 3~5 minutes
