Best child bike seat? - Thule Yepp Nexxt Maxi Real Life Review

The day I finally got to pick up my daughter from childcare on my bicycle. I got to try out the Thule Yepp Nexxt Maxi rack mount child seat with my Specialized Creo, on a 10 mile loop. I think ours isn’t the “Nexxt” but it’s very similar. Pricey for twins but I loved the safety and security. Plus, I got it all from the bike’s manufacturer to confirm compatibility wouldn’t be an issue.

I guess a rack that fits your bike and that can take the weight overall. Normally you can find that out when you get your rack. It will have a weight limit recommendation. Hope this helps.

What kind of rear bike mount do you have? Did you need to buy an adapter for the yepp seat?

I've just got a job local 12 minute bike ride so I've started to pick my daughter up from daycare she loves the bike, she is still getting used to the helmet but ends up falling asleep on the baby seat

14 months. They don’t recommend bringing your child on a bike until they are a year apparently. Check with their pediatrician if you aren’t sure.
