I bought a 10k Kaff Chimney. Poor quality Baffle Filters, very difficult to remove & put back. Air throw is not powerful. Technician visitation charges of 470/- even if it's within warranty. Rs 700/- to fix Baffle filter lock even within warranty. Rs 550/- for capacitor change even within warranty. Rs 1200/- for servicing (Extra service). Warranty void if not installed by company. Rs 2000/- for motor replacement.

Never buy GLEN chimney...the after sale service is a nightmare. I live in a metro city and they have not been able to repair my chimney even after 15 days, payment taken in advance. Also the PCB was blown within 1.5 years. Very very bad experience.
