im confused of crippling shoot, just max it out. so this chip only active in a short time, and cooling down in 12s? and better i max up the chaos fighter.

How does melee defense work on pve? I've watched arthur video about those chips for pve def but he only mentioned melee defense in pvp...

Zombie always hit you using hands. That time 8.0 dmg reduction and crit dmg reduction 5% work because zombie attack within 120 distance.
