At what point do you stop using side posture adjustments during a pregnancy? Why not opt for a seated lumbar? Cheers

Towards the last month I will focus on doing more soft tissue work around the sacrum, very gentle side posture if needed. I have not been trained in seated lumbar adjustments, mind sharing a video of a doc that does them? I've seen them from Gonstead doc's at school.
