Another good recipe! Easy and delicious. They have this in Norway, too. For most chocolate cakes my gran uses a little finely sifted cocoa powder rather than flour to coat the pan. It looks better and tastes very chocolate. What is the Hardanger fiddle recording used as background music?

Great idea with the cocoa powder! The music is generic stock music from the royalty-free website Epidemic Sound. Wish I could find more authentic pieces for my videos, but it's hard to find open source music.
