I tried walking in, but they just take my resume and not respond or they just tell me to apply online as they don’t take resumes in hand

Large organisations don't. Only small to medium businesses are better suited. Did you have a chance to watch our video on how to drop resumes? That might help if you haven't.

@@overseasstudentsaustralia Yes I followed the other video how to drop resumes. Even small organisations just take my resume and leave it . Mind you I have used the resume template you provided

@nidhiraid Great to hear you are using all these resources. It must be stressful for not getting a call back but don't give up. Getting refusals or not hearing back is part and parcel of the resume dropping. We might be running a webinar also on how to land your job in Australia soon too. It will be free to attend also. We will try to talk about following up on job applications there. In the meantime, if you found any employer that you are keen to work with, then I suggest to get back and ask if they have any updates on hiring.
