I hear from everywhere how you should do Greco and Freestyle to make your folkstyle better but I can't find where to go for freestyle or greco. I'm the exact same height and weight... My weight shifts a few pounds from time to time because I drink a TON of water. But, I am 163 regularly. I am definitely not all muscle though. I just got a gym membership because that's one of my biggest flaws in wrestling.
