I would disagree. The best markets are those where the entry level is disproportionately low compared to the rents that can be achieve. London and Toronto are not this.

I also notice that you don't talk about CAP rates which is a valuation process to determine the value in the investment. High CAP rate means high value.

I would agree with the cities outside of Toronto that pick up the overflow of people who can’t afford Toronto. I’m always shocked when I see homes in the gta go over a million. Once there’s a major correction those cities will feel it more harshly as there isn’t the income nor desire to keep those prices inflated.
