In the UK the Xtra is next to the name( like how it shows on the box) not under

Even if this is commercial vacuum, would you recommend this for home use like Miele?

Absolutely. The HVR200 makes a great vacuum for a home. As long as you don't require an electric powerhead you will be just fine.

well, if you have broadloom or wall to wall carpets, we generally suggest to use a vacuum that comes with a motorized carpet tool to properly clean the carpets. Henry vacuum are amazing, except they are not equipped with a motorized carpet tool. Therefore, If you have mostly bare floors and area rugs, this would be a great option, but if you have rather dense or high pile carpets, you may want to consider a vacuum that comes with a powerhead.
