You didn't mention Polyphenols, which are super beneficial in removing plaques from arteries. Extra virgin olive oil contains a lot more polyphenols than mustard oil and is much better for heart than Mustard oil. And Indians get so much heart attacks, mustard oil is actually not that great. You can get the vitamins from supplements or food, but you can't get polyphenols from food.
