Is there an effectively task management system within GHL for my team to auto-assign tasks when we create a new sub account? Also, is there a centralized space for client login credentials, cc info, etc.?

Yes there's a basic task system which you could automate, but it's mixed with your sales tasks. You could instead create multiple pipelines though, and have one for new customers which would function like a kanban board as you went through the setup. And yes, they have an admin page where you can manage users and subaccounts.

GHL is great and many things, but unfortuantely I will have to say CRM is one area where it is falling short, big time. On the CRM front, almost any major player is better than GHL when it comes to actual CRM functionalities.

Man, I gotta be honest. I was searching on KZbin to get a neutral understanding of the different CRMs on the market. The video was good, and you seem like a good guy, but I stopped listening when you lured me into this clickbait affiliate trap. How can I even trust you or your video now when you make me feel fooled with this "Do you want a better home? Yes. Do you want a more beautiful wife? Yes. Do you want to be rich? Yes. Buy my product" strategy? The probability of me buying Highlevel would have been significantly higher if you hadn’t invested all this time in the video only to wrap it up with this commercial bs "product/link in bio" strategy.
