I do not use anymore the Wods, they don't grip well. I feel great now with Unbroken grips. €15,99.

hmm gymnastic grips are supposed to bunch up where your hands meet your palm. There's supposed to be a fold right there. Isn't it?

yeah but if you have small hands that is not just comfort. you end up not having enough hand length to hold the bar and end up slipping

Wrist wraps are a great option. Also working on increasing your mobility in your wrist might help!

Natural grip sucks. Gotta buy 3-4 a year cause they wear out fast. Plus you got to pay extra for tape put around your wrist. Waste of time

Candy Treschitta thanks for watching! I prefer my grips to not fold. Since this video there has been several new manufacturers come to the market. Some with no finger holes too! Whoa, right? So some could say they are supposed to have finger holes but some don’t. Some fold, some don’t. Those are facts. Have a great day!
