I still come back to this birth vlog years later, it makes me nostalgic. I was pregnant with my first son when she was born. Such a different time- I miss that feeling of expecting your very first baby. My son will be 8 in February and this video takes me back to that same feeling I had lying on the OR table (he was breech too!) and bawling my eyes out when I heard his cry. I so wish I had a full birth vlog for him too.

Me too, this birth vlog is a lot better. I mean both are wonderful occasions and beautiful, but this one had me in tears where as with brooks birth vlog I was just like "oh okay aw cute" I myself LOVE birth vlogs because I am an aspiring labour and delivery nurse and love watching the labour process, there was only maybe 2-3 minutes of actual labour footage.

This is the first video I've seen from you guys, and I've watched "birth vlogs" before, but this one made me extremely emotional. I know your sweet girl is 8 months old now, but congratulations!! (This is not a critique by any means...) This isn't the most edited, most fancy vlog, but I think that's why I love it so much. It's raw. Authentic. Genuine love. Cullen, Katie, thank you so much for this video. Faithful subscriber and daily vlog-watcher here. I just wanted to let you both know how much this video means to me- I'm currently 2 days shy of 27 weeks pregnant with my husband's and my first child. It is a high risk pregnancy, and we knew it would be from the beginning. Heart and mostly lung issues on my end. Baby girl's perfectly fine though and seems to be oblivious to what's happening outside her little bubble. Couldn't be more thankful. Today's been a rough day though as I continue to battle a cold/bronchitis that I've had more or less for the past 3 weeks or so, and of course it's definitely impacting my lungs. Don't want to continue with my sob story here, so I'll keep it short- this video gives me hope that everything will be alright and that we will get to meet our daughter in a few short weeks. So thank you.
