I run this exact deck for all battles atm. It's great on many levels. No EX, Blaine can surprise kill a lot, it has positives to going first AND second. Sometimes you can get Rapidash doing 70 2nd turn. I ran it with Moltres for a bit but tbh the only time you ever lack energy is when you have to use ninetales earlier than you want to

Full art Blaine for the event, after getting the 3 diamond or less quests done - just use regular Blaine first. Rapidash can ko most of the Basic Pokemon and even Stage 1s with Blaine besides Kangaskhan. Ninetails can 1 shot everything besides Kangaskhan and Venusaur Ex, 1 shot Kangaskhan with Blaine, 2 shot Venusaur Ex without Erika, and still 2 shot Venusaur Ex with Blaine.

Hey i have like 15 of that shrds that can be used to reduce the event cooldown. Should i use it or will it be saved for other events?

i think use it i don’t think it saves but idk

They have shards for each event. Use them all, mainly for the highest difficulty.
