Khatti daaal is better than Dal Tadka. Khatti daal is Hyderabadi. Why bother demeaning an entire culture? lol. The biryani from Hyderabad itself will stomp every other dish from every other culture, sounds rude? But is the truth. See how easy it is to degrade others? Learn to accept that everyone has a bias to their cultures. How is Desi chicken curry, Batair fry fish fry even North Indian😕😕 If you think Hyderabad has nothing else to offer apart from Haleem Biryani and Marag then you haven’t explored it enough. -Khatti daal , talahua gosht -dum ka qeema -shikampur Shaami -Nahari Tahari - Shadi ka dum ka chicken - Luqmi Pasinde - Sufyani biryani You couldn’t be more wrong.
